DMLT is a one-year community college diploma offered through Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. The course condenses the core skills needed to work as a junior lab technician — sample collection, routine biochemistry and hematology, microbiology basics, and lab safety — into a single year, followed by a paid hospital internship.
