2. Personal Data We Collect

• Identification & contact — name, age, gender, address, phone, email, ID proof number where required.
• Health information — symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, lab and imaging reports, allergies, family history.
• Insurance & billing — policy number, TPA, billing address, payment instrument details (we do not store card numbers).
• Website usage — IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referrer.
• Form submissions — appointment requests, contact form, career applications and uploaded documents.

• To provide medical care, diagnostics, prescriptions and follow-up.
• To process insurance claims and billing.

4. Lawful Basis & Consent

We process your personal data primarily on the basis of your consent (DPDP Act §6) and for legitimate uses (DPDP Act §7) such as the provision of medical services, emergency care, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to retention obligations under medical-records law.

5. Sharing of Data

We share data only with: your treating doctors and care team; insurers/TPAs you authorize; diagnostic partners; payment processors; courier services for report delivery; and government authorities where compelled by law. We never sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

Medical records are retained for the period required by Indian regulations (typically 3 years from the last consultation, longer for medico-legal cases). Website usage logs are retained for up to 12 months.

Online appointment requests. When you request an appointment through this website we store your name, phone number, chosen department/doctor, preferred date and time window, and any note you add — solely to call you back and schedule the visit. This data is held on our own self-hosted server (not a third-party booking platform). Once a request is completed or cancelled, the name, phone number and note are automatically anonymised 180 days later. Please do not enter clinical or medical details in the note field.

7. Your Rights as a Data Principal
