Erasure requests cannot override mandatory medical-records retention required by Indian law (typically 3 years from last consultation, longer in medico-legal cases). Where erasure is restricted, we will explain the legal basis.
No fee for the first request in a 12-month period. A reasonable fee may apply to repeated or unfounded requests.
