Cashless hospitalization

Insurance & Cashless Network

Empanelled with leading insurers and TPAs — most planned and emergency admissions qualify for cashless treatment.

The Process · iv steps

What happens between the moment you arrive with an insurance card and the moment you walk out with a settled claim.

Step · 01 · Verify

Eligibility — at the front desk

Bring your insurance card and a photo ID. The Insurance Desk confirms your cashless tie-up before admission paperwork begins.

Step · 02 · Pre-authorise

Approval — forty-eight hours ahead

For planned admissions we initiate pre-authorization at least two days in advance, so the insurer's clearance arrives before you do.

Step · 03 · Treat

Care — without paying upfront

You receive treatment without paying upfront for covered services. The hospital handles the daily updates and clinical paperwork.

Step · 04 · Settle

Discharge — only the gap remains

We coordinate the final claim with the insurer. You settle only the non-covered or co-pay amount on the way out.
